Please read carefully before purchasing. By completing this order, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

   • All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of this service, there are absolutely no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations under any circumstances.

2. No Resale or Distribution

   • The Authority Engine package, including all creative assets (reels, carousels, scripts, branding, design, and AI systems), is for your personal brand and business use only.

   • Redistribution, resale, or offering these assets as part of another service is strictly prohibited.

3. Delivery Timeline

   • Standard delivery for the Authority Engine is within 24 business days from the date of receiving your required materials (content clips, branding inputs, etc.).

4. Client Responsibility

   • You are responsible for providing timely access to raw content (video clips, branding details, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery. Delays in submission may extend the turnaround time.

5. Intellectual Property

   • 4xHesitInvestments/ Eyelxnd Media/ JorDacheDarling retains creative rights to frameworks, templates, and systems used. You are licensed to use the deliverables for your brand only.

6. Support

   • Ongoing support is not included beyond the scope of this package unless otherwise agreed. Additional edits, content, or strategy services will be billed separately.
